I remember when he was born. Just a little dragon not able to take care of himself and barely able to breathe fire. He had a rough time. He was smaller than his brother Drogon, chained up and unable to roam free and grow larger, but always there when his mother needed him.
Episode 6 of Season 7 Beyond the Wall was a roller-coaster ride immense proportions. First, Araya...please stop fighting with your sister. Littlefinger wanted to drive a wedge between them and I had hoped that between the two of them they would both see it. Unfortunately, only Sansa gets it and Arya is losing the point. I'm still hoping that this is just a rouse for Littlefinger's benefit to make him feel comfortable to fall into a trap and then suffer the consequences of pitting sisters against each other. But I'm worried. Curious though. Littlefinger plants the idea in Sansa's head that Brienne can be used to protect her from Arya, should the time come when she needed it. But then Cersei invites Sansa to Winterfell and she instead sends Brienne. So, can I still dream of a party where the pinata is Littlefinger and all the Stark kids get a turn at whacking him? Drogo, Jorah, Dario and Jon Snow. Dany lists these men who run off into danger head first. I like this dynamic between Dany and Jon. Yes, I know that's her nephew but they are good people, the only two characters that are truly good and good for each other. Besides, we've waited years for them to meet, I'm going to enjoy the small moments we get. She certainly saves the day when the magnificent 7 go beyond the wall and get stuck. The little moments with Jon and his crew were awesome. Many of these characters have never shared the same space before this moment and they all have their reasons for mistrusting and hating the others. The standout in this group has to be Tormund. He wants to make babies with Brienne! OMG, I can't wait for him to see her again and feared for his life like none of the others, besides Jon. But this plan of grabbing a walker and bringing it to Kings Landing was stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid. to put me through the torture of watching them fight off hundreds of whites in the army of the dead. But to see Dany ride in and save the day made it worth it. Even though, I can't even say it. Poor Viserion. I'm so nervous. What is he going to breathe? Fire? Ice? OMG! Problems? Well, Arya. I so hope that there's something planned with Sansa and Arya and if it's not, I won't be happy. Where was Bran? I guess ravening. I was a little surprised that there was only one major character lost besides Viserion. I expected there to be more loss since we are at the end of season seven. Where did they get the chains??? And as Nicole's husband pointed out, who went down there and chained him up in the icy waters? Next week is the finale of season seven. It feels like it just started and it's already almost over, and Cersei and Littlefinger are still alive. This finale better be amazing. It will have to last us for another year.
